Introduction and research
The strong emphasis on economic success and job creation during the recession has propelled entrepreneurial education to a prominent position in higher education level, but not as an integrated pedagogical approach for all students on all levels. In secondary education, the primary focus has been on elective courses and programs for a few secondary education students already possessing some degree of entrepreneurial passion and thus self-selecting into entrepreneurial education.

Entrepreneurial Leadership Course
Entrepreneurial Competences for School Leadership Teams has developed a leadership course existing of 4 modules:
1. Strategic thinking and visioning
2. Team building, personnel management and development
3. Communication and negotiation skills
4. Financial resources: mobilization and optimization
with the aim to equip school leadership teams to accelerate the pace of school improvement and lead and manage with greater school autonomy.
